Flags Seersucker Apron Bubble

The traditional option for Fourth of July, our American Flag appliques pop against the light blue seersucker stripe.  This sleeveless silhouette features an apron top with gathers below the waist, red piping along the top, and a patriotic applique flag at the center of the chest.
